Quiet and spacious one bedroom apartment completely renovated, in a dead-end street with a parking place, very secured with a building keeper and safety cameras placed in the building.

Designed for a comfortable stay for a couple, with a quiet bedroom, you will benefit from the calm of the street.

You will find Shampoo, Shower gel, Soap, Toilet paper, Paper towel, Dishwashing liquid, Garbage bags, Detergents … for your first few days to simplify your life!
You shall find everything you need to cook (dishes, kitchen utensils, pots,…) and do your laundry as a washer/dryer machine is available in the apartment. An iron and ironing board are also at your disposal.

The very close district is calm, with : on one side, the Georges Brassens Park which allows you during the beautiful days to find greenery close by; on the other side, Porte de Versailles or Convention areas, less than 10 minutes walk away to reach the metro stations and enjoy the various shopping and food stores as well as restaurants, movie theater, Monoprix supermarket as well as an outside market twice a week.
Rue Montauban is 2 steps away from Rue Olivier de Serres which includes shops (bakery and supermarket in particular) but also some great restaurants (Brasero, Mûrier, Café Noisette,…). Be careful to reserve for Friday and Saturday evening!

All Parisian districts are easy to access in many ways:
Tram T3a at Georges Brassens station, Porte de Versailles metro station or Convention metro station (line 12) are each between 5 and 10 minutes walk away. Metro line 12 crosses Paris and allows you to reach other metro lines and main monuments of Paris extremely easily.

If coming by car:
Please note that the parking ramp is relatively narrow, wide vehicles are strongly discouraged. The maximum height is 1.90 and models of cars that are too wide or too long may not be able to access the parking ramp. On the other hand, small and medium-sized cars will have no problem accessing the private parking space in the apartment building.
To come to the apartment via the ring road, it is advisable to exit at Porte de la Plaine and take rue de Dantzig (along the Parc Georges Brassens) until the traffic lights on rue des Morillons which must be taken on the left then again on the left rue Olivier de Serres then left again by the rue Robert Lindet (a real turn of blocks of buildings) until the rue Montauban on your right hand side.
