The living room has a comfortable sofa, reading chair, dining table, and 55” Smart TV, perfect for a movie night. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking appliances and utensils for preparing all your meals. The main bedroom is equipped with a double-size bed and dressing table, while the second bedroom is equipped with a double-size sofa bed alongside an adjustable sit/stand desk and plug-and-play 27” monitor, giving you the option to catch up on some last-minute work. The bathroom is equipped with a practical bathtub and shower.

To make the property feel like a home away from home, it offers complimentary WiFi connected to 900Mb superfast fibre-optic internet and offers complimentary range of amenities:

Greenland Dock itself is just 30 seconds walk from the property, with Russia Dock Woodland just 1 minute behind, while Southwark Park is only 6 minutes away. Nearby, Rotherhithe offers access to waterside walks westwards towards London Bridge and beyond or eastwards towards Greenwich. The area is full of cafes, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets, making it easy to enjoy coffee, lunch, and dinner in the vibrant area. With our years of experience within London, we recommend visiting Leadbelly’s Bar & Kitchen and Canada Water Cafe restaurants nearby. If you want to experience a British tradition, try out one of our London pubs, our favourite being The Yellow House.

Surrey Quays Overground and Canada Water Underground Stations give direct access to the Overground and Jubilee lines, which in turn give easy access to all major tube lines, allowing very easy access to all of London’s key tourist attractions and work districts. The property is also well positioned to easily access London City, Heathrow, and Stansted airports.
