This sunlit and spacious four-bedroom, three-floor Central London house is situated in the idyllic area of Hackney, with cafes, parks, and bars within a 5-minute walk. The property is just 300 meters from Hackney Central Overground Station, with speedy links into central London and out to the countryside beyond (e.g. Epping Forest).

The house sleeps 8 people and features a large mezzanine living room, four bedrooms (3 doubles, one king), two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a garden. The house is full of plants and beautiful artwork and is flooded with light year-round. This is a smoke-free property.

The bright living room boasts two indoor trees, large comfortable sofas and armchairs, and a mezzanine level with a desk and seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and cooking utensils, a kitchen island for drinks/breakfast, and a large dining table. There is a king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and three further bedrooms with double beds, one of which can fold away to provide extra space. The main bathroom has a freestanding bathtub with an overhead shower.

The surrounding area is full of cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets, making it easy to enjoy coffee, lunch, and dinner out within the vibrant area. Our favorite local cafes include Wave Cafe (vegan, outdoor seating), Vicolo Italian cafe on Mare Street (just one minute from the house), and Black Cat café (vegan).

For restaurants, you have every cuisine imaginable within a ten-minute walk: from traditional fish and chips at Sutton and Sons, Japanese at Uchi, Chinese at the wildly popular Lucky & Joy, Italian at the Pizza Room, South Asian fusion at My Neighbours the Dumplings and Vegan at Facing Heaven and Temple of Seitan.

For nights out, the area has some of the best pubs in East London including the Chesham Arms and Old Star of Hackney Downs. The Pembury Tavern does great pizza and a fun Monday night pub quiz.
The house is also conveniently located just a couple of minutes away from Mare Street giving you easy access to essential shops such as a pharmacy, grocers, off-license, supermarkets, and phone shop.
