Please contact us if you require cleaning during your stay or linen and towel changes, this can be provided at an extra cost. The charges will be as follows:

1 Linen Set Setup: 94.5 AED
One time Cleaning Charges with linen change: 183.75 AED
One time Refresh Cleaning (cleaning with no linen change or amenities): 115.5 AED

– AC TEMPERATURE:
Please note that as recommended by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, the AC temperature will vary between 20-24 ℃ (depending on the temperature outside and the panel settings you control).

– LUGGAGE STORAGE:
Since the building is residential, luggage storage is not available on-site. However, guests can check the Dubai Mall or Mall of the Emirates websites for more information on luggage storage options.

– BASIC HOUSE RULES:
– Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment-violators will be fined 500 AED.
– Avoid uncivilized or inappropriate behavior.
– Keep noise levels down, especially between 10 pm and 8 am.
– Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the apartment.
– Notify the host of any damage or extensive soiling; cover deep cleaning charges if required.
– Be responsible for keys, access cards, and parking remotes; incur charges for misplacement or damage as follows: 262.5 AED per key, – 367.5 AED per card, 525 AED for parking remote, and 4200 AED for smart lock damage
– Supervise children under 14 in all areas.
– No alterations to the unit including furniture.
– Follow vehicle parking rules and only park in the allocated parking space.
– Dispose of garbage in designated bins and areas, and do not leave rubbish in public or common areas.
– Lost and Found Policy: Take all belongings upon departure; the host is not responsible for items left behind.
