How to export iCal from your Channel Manager

If you are using a channel Manager we get it covered as well. In fact, most channel managers use iCal technology. Simply go to your channel Manager settings and look for the iCal url of your property. Copy it and paste it on LuxFlat import field url, give it a name and press save. You’re done.

For example if you are using Smoobu, this is the flow:

Go to Settings – Booking Portals – Select portal – Individual iCal and click on Add Portal. There you will find the Smoobu iCal link on the left side. You need to copy it and paste it in the ‘Import calendar’ field of LuxFlat. Then copy your LuxFlat export Ical link, you will find it in the bottom of your LuxFat Calendar Tab, and paste it in Smoobu, in the empty field “Calendar link from the booking portal (iCal)”. Click on save.
