The residence is located in a multi-unit secured building, set on Brussel’s emblematic Rue Royale, literally a 5 minutes’ walk from our historic city-centre. What’s more, you’ll be able to hop on our city’s tramway network right at your doorstep.

According to your reservation, a weekly housekeeping and linen refreshment service is included. This service is scheduled as of the seventh (except on Sunday’s, and Public Holidays). If you so desire additional housekeeping and linen refreshment services are available, pending a 24h notice.

According to your reservation your residence has been fitted with bed and bath linens. Notwithstanding that R213 does it utmost to operate sustainably whilst fostering a culture of sustainability, additional linen refreshment services are available.
– 25€ set of bed linens: 4 pillowcases + 1 bottom sheet + 1 duvet-cover.
– 20€ set of bath linens: 1 bath sheet + 1 bath towel + 1 hand towel + 1 washcloth.

Pending a monthly supplement and upon availability, R213 has a private onsite parking at your disposal (1,9m height).

✓ DAMAGE DEPOSIT: 300€ reimbursable damage deposit, needs to be settled online by credit card
